15 fashion trends for the fall winter season. Suede dresses - trend combination rules. Trend #5 Refined suede

So, the summer season has started, so we look into the future with pleasure, and what will be fashionable in the fall-winter 2017-2018?

1. Velvet and suede

The expressive texture and extraordinary softness of velvet and suede have always attracted both fashionistas and designers. For next fall, Phillip Lim, Fendi, Narciso Rodriguez, Ralph Lauren, Derek Lam have prepared many pleasant surprises for us: trouser suits a la 80s, dresses, tops, bags and coats - all in a variety of colors, with prints, embroidery and voluminous decor...

2. Leather

Leather jackets and raincoats are regulars in collections in any season. The abundance of leather items is also striking in the autumn-winter collections 2017-2018: trousers, skirts, dresses, tops and even hoodies were demonstrated by Mulberry, Ralph Lauren, David Koma, Rag & Bone and Mugler...

3. Fur

Another indispensable participant in the hit parade of autumn and winter trends. This time, the designers approached the use of this material very creatively: in addition to traditional fur coats, coats and jackets made of fur, in the collections one could see models “floral” and “checkered”; fur also appeared on huge lapels, collars and cuffs. At the same time, the fur was both natural color and bright “crazy” shades. The most interesting models were presented by Marco de Vincenzo, Fendi, Iceberg, Michael Kors, Versace...

4. Metallic

The shimmer of silver and gold, the shimmer of bronze and copper - all this is still fashionable. Designers from Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Adam Selman, Tory Burch, Marco de Vincenzo have made evening dresses and coats, skirts and trousers, tops and suits from fabrics with a metallic effect - now you can shine from morning to night! After all, designers continue to actively “promote” metallics into everyday wardrobe...

5. Midi skirts

The vast majority of fashion houses presented midi skirts in their collections, the length of which is just below the knee. “Pencil” and pleated, flared and high-waisted models – the variety of styles makes it easy to choose skirts for work or school, for walking, and “going out”. Examples are in the collections of Gucci, Jason Wu, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors...

6. Pantsuit

Trouser suits with colorful prints have been replaced by laconic striped and checkered models - another very successful “borrowing” from the men’s wardrobe. Classic suits have been modernized by the brands Max Mara, Dries Van Noten, Calvin Klein, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Prada...

7. Monochrome

The whole ensemble in one color is not boring at all! Especially if they are shades of purple, blue, pink or blue. However, white, beige, brown and khaki are also in trend. The simplest one-color outfit is a suit, but designers Ashish, Stella McCartney, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Miu Miu suggest not stopping there and experimenting by putting together sets yourself. The main thing here is to get in tune and not use prints...

8. Denim

Jeans are always fashionable. And especially next fall and winter! The catwalk has not seen such an abundance of denim items for a long time. Designers “crossed” denim items with tweed and fur, “seasoned” them with abrasions, appliqués, lacing and metal fittings, added volume and length... The most fashionable jackets and shirts, jackets and peacoats, dresses and shorts, coats and suits (and that’s not to mention already about regular jeans!) You can choose from Balenciaga, Gucci, Alexander Wang, Miu Miu and Roberto Cavalli...

9. Flounces and ruffles

This trend will linger on the fashion Olympus for at least another six months. Designers continue to decorate their models with “exciting” details, giving them femininity and romance or using frills to add volume and graphics to things (Gucci, Rodarte, Nina Ricci, Chanel, Fendi) ...

10. Cropped pants

The length of the most fashionable trousers of the season is below the knee, but above the ankle. These could be skirt trousers (culottes), which have been fashionable for several seasons in a row, trousers with flared hips, banana trousers, and even bloomers! Monse, Michael Kors, Lacoste, Gucci, Saint Laurent offer similar models to try on...

11. Linen style

If you think that with the arrival of cold weather, designers will abandon the lingerie style, then you are deeply mistaken! They will just make a castling change: sexy slip dresses will be replaced by coats, and “pajama” suits will simply change the material - silk to velvet. We look at how it all looks in the collections of Alberta Ferretti, Etro, Vera Wang, Narciso Rodriguez, DKNY...

12. Bows

One of the most complex and, at the same time, romantic trends. In the new collections, designers decided to use bows not only as decorations, but also for pussy bow necklines. Dresses and blouses with such a collar can be seen at Roksanda, Philosophy, Temperley London, Gucci, Marc Jacobs...

13. Predatory prints

Among animal prints next fall, the undoubted leader will be “leopard”. Coats, raincoats and fur coats with this bright “wild” pattern will be especially popular. And since leopard print has almost become a classic, by acquiring such outerwear, you will provide yourself with a trendy and fashionable item for several years. We look at examples from Dries Van Noten, Christian Dior, Isabel Marant, Maison Margiela, Bottega Veneta...

14. Brocade and tapestry

The most beloved materials of aristocrats and nobles walked proudly along the catwalks of the world's fashion capitals. Designers made them into trouser suits and dresses, outerwear and boots. Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Erdem, Blumarine, Rochas, Prada surprised fashionistas with luxurious textures and original prints...

15. Asymmetrical neckline

Uneven hemlines, fashionable last season, will give way to asymmetrical cutouts next season. Models “on one shoulder” and even with one sleeve are a real hit of autumn 2017! The most original models can be seen in the collections of Isabel Marant, Christian Dior, Saint Laurent, Lanvin and Moschino...

Although it is still summer, we should also think about the autumn-winter season. Very soon new collections will begin to arrive in stores. What news awaits us in 2015-2016, what trends should we pay attention to, which of them will determine our new things? Let's try to navigate correctly and prepare for the cold season in advance. And the main fashion trends that are most often found in many collections will help us with this.

1. Volumetric silhouettes
The focus is on voluminous silhouettes - sweaters, coats, jackets, jackets.

2. Pea coat
from the navy has long been put on fragile female shoulders, and this only successfully emphasizes femininity. In the new season, it has become the basic coat model. If you're a fan of military style, then you'll love the peacoats from Michael Kors and Chlo?, in which every detail confirms the kinship with the naval uniform, and those who strive for more sophisticated outfits should look at the Fendi collection, which is just a distant relationship with a pea coat.

3. Colored fur coat
Fashion offers many options to replace gray, black or brown into a bright color palette, the main thing is not to be boring and dull. Fur coats, shearling coats to the toes, long pile,... You can choose a Christian Dior fur coat with neon highlights or a turquoise leopard from Max Mara, a deep blue fur coat with long pile from Michael Kors.

4. Ponchos and capes
After all, it is so comfortable and warm, especially in cool autumn weather - capes of different lengths, made of knitwear or warm wool.

Burberry Prorsum, Bottega Veneta

5. “Puffed” and quilted items
In the new season, not only gray and black down jackets, which have long looked like a uniform for the fall-winter season, have become “puffy,” but also Chanel jackets and Rag & Bone and Fendi jackets.

6. Infantile dresses
declared their existence again and returned to the podium. And all because many of us want to prolong our youth, and this is a completely natural desire. Designers agree with us on this and are trying to help.

In the autumn-winter season you will find Lolita dresses from many of them. For example, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Lisa Perry, and the Paul Costelloe collection includes not only dresses, but also coats. Look at the Prada collection, and you can choose as much childishness in clothing as your age and proportions allow. The main thing is not to overdo it when choosing such dresses; moderation is needed in everything.

Dolce & Gabbana, Prada

7. Skirts with lots of slits
Cuts, cuts, and more cuts. To some extent, products with slits can be classified as products with asymmetry, because an asymmetrical cut precisely implies the presence of many cuts.

8. Pleated skirt
Pleated skirts can be worn in different situations. It all depends on the length and luxury of the pleating.

La Petite Robe, Balmain

9. Knitted dress
The fashion trend for the fall-winter 2015-2016 season is dresses made of soft knitwear, creating an original and stylish look. In the 60s, such dresses were quite popular - from revealing models to more discreet options. Knitted dresses in the autumn-winter period can become the basis of any wardrobe. Designers offer products made from smooth or textured knitwear, discreet business style or a cocktail look.

10. Loose-fitting shirt
A loose-fitting men's shirt is always in fashion. It can be worn in combination with a skirt or pantsuit. It will not let you down at a business meeting, and if you add massive jewelry in the form of a necklace or bracelets, it will also be suitable for a cocktail party.

Thomas Tait, Christian Dior

11. Asymmetry
In the fall-winter 2015-2016 season, asymmetry creates extremely revealing and extravagant images, many of them daring and glamorous. Here you can see not only an open shoulder or a skirt hem cut on the bias, but also the most fantastic models, especially if you look at the Aganovich collection, but we’ll warn you right away - these models are for the most confident and daring girls. And for those who consider themselves smart and moderate in everything, we can suggest taking a look at the collections of Costume National, Missoni, Anthony Vaccarello, Philipp Plein.

12. Maxi– a length that is back in fashion. Many of us not only know that dresses can be long, not only in the evening, but have been wearing them for a long time, because it is so feminine. And long coats with tails reaching towards the ground are highly recommended by many brands. The volume of the coat and the maxi length will allow us to wrap ourselves up like in a blanket and not suffer from the cold.

13. Eighties style
The style of the 60s, which never ceases to excite the imagination of designers and fashionistas, is joined in the new season by the style of the eighties with its enlarged shoulders and elongated double-breasted jackets.

14. Gothic
does not go away in the fall and winter of 2015-2016, it just adapts to new conditions. Some designers who have turned to the magical style try to emphasize severity and even masculinity in the appearance of a girl. The Gareth Pugh collection confirms this.

Often designers turn to a mixture of gothic and rocker styles, for example, the Philipp Plein collection. Heavy boots and jackets with spikes have become one of the key trends for designers who strive to show girls just like that.

For girls who prefer glamorous gothic style, Militta advises turning to the Thom Browne collection or the Julien Fournie couture collection.

There really is a lot of black on the catwalk, because black things are always willingly bought, by the way, and not only in Russia. Some stylists claim that in Russia they love everything black and gray. But, having looked at many collections, Militta claims that these colors are very popular in Europe.

15. Stocking boots, over the knee boots. This is not the first year they have delighted fashionistas, but in the new season designers are offering very tall patent leather and suede ones in bright colors.

Ermanno Scervino

16. Low-heeled shoes. This is convenient, especially for business women. Flat soles have firmly entered our wardrobe, and now we wear them where we need them and where we don’t need them. And we rarely wear shoes with low heels. But if you look at the collections from C?line, Miu Miu, Stella McCartney, Chanel, you will most likely agree that it is not only beautiful, but also comfortable. You can wear these shoes all day long and still be in the best shape.

17. Lacing on shoes and more...
One of the fashion trends of the 2015-2016 season is lace-up shoes. The lacing on the boots is catchy, aggressive and effective. You can see such models in the collections of Chlo?, Jonathan Saunders, John Richmond and many others.

18. Fashion trends autumn-winter 2015-2016 and prints

Cell fits well into different styles, it looks especially good in the looks of the 60s.

Photo prints imitate the flickering of neon lamps or the northern lights.

Furniture prints such as antique monograms on soft chairs, decorated dresses and coats. It looks like Dries Van Noten has decided to turn upholstery into a print. The furniture tapestry is also present in the Tory Burch collection. Interior colors look cheerful, impressive, and, as is typical for them, cozy and comfortable.

Striped print. Stripes are often found on the catwalks; they made a special splash in previous spring-summer collections. But in the cold season, you can notice a tendency towards the horizontal direction of the striped print. However, fashionistas should be warned - first look at yourself from the side or in the mirror to make sure that the chosen direction is correct.

Designers continue to experiment with stripes this fall, so try this too.

19. Fashion trends and materials

Velvet
Velvet is a royal material that will transform even a simple top into a product for special occasions. Most designers prefer black and dark blue shades, in which velvet fabric looks especially luxurious. Velvet is a material that fits well into the Gothic style. In many collections, the products contain a combination of velvet of different shades.

A lot of skin: leather trousers, skirts, suits, coats, all kinds of combinations of leather with fur or fabric.

Vinyl, patent leather or latex- glossy surface, wet shine. All this is associated with the futurism of the sixties. And if a raincoat, suit or skirt shines in your wardrobe, then despite the simplicity of the cut, you will also have the opportunity to shine in the crowd on a cloudy autumn day. From vinyl, designers offer coats, jackets, trousers, as well as over the knee boots and ankle boots, combining with them plain matte items.

Prada, Philipp Plein, Jason Wu

20. Perforation. For those who do not want to expose themselves using an asymmetrical cut or blatant transparency, designers offer perforations using metal eyelets. Just a few holes through which bare skin is barely visible, and you have a new fashionable dress or skirt.

21. Laser grid
This is a rather complex perforation that follows every curve of your body. Junya-Watanabe made various poncho designs out of laser mesh, and Raf Simons showed delicate mesh pieces.

Christian Dior, Junya Watanabe

The basic materials still remain - wool, faux and natural fur, leather...

22. Transparency or maximum frankness
It is still better to wear transparent dresses and tops, using layers, not forgetting that you are not on the catwalk and that not everything is beautiful that is openly on display. This trend has been thriving for several seasons, and yet it continues to evolve and showcase new and unexpected designs.

23. Metal decor- one of the key autumn-winter trends. Metallic luster manifests itself not only in metal chains, buckles and spikes, but also in embroidery with metallic elements and in fabrics with metallized threads.

Fausto Puglisi, Mugler

24. A lot of sequins
The shine and radiance of sequins, lurex, metal spraying and metallized perforation, appliqué from pieces of reflective elements - everything seems to be spinning in a shimmering winter whirlwind. Here you will see dresses completely embroidered with sequins or sparkles, a print embroidered with sequins with a rather complex texture, and many other interesting ideas from designers embodied in fashionable outfits for fall-winter 2015-2016...

25. Patchwork
Patchwork and its imitation are again on the wave of popularity. It cannot be said that the surge in products using the patchwork technique appeared only in the fall and winter seasons. No, patchwork often announces its existence, but such a wide selection of things with different functionality has not been seen for a long time.

Dsquared2

26. Fringe. Fringe flutters on the models in all its diversity...

27. Frills and flounces don't keep yourself waiting long. And if they begin to be forgotten a little, they immediately appear to swirl fashionistas in a whirlwind of luxurious cascades. Where do designers place them? Everywhere. But the greatest interest is caused by products with a wavy stand-up collar. Blouses with a high collar made of lace, in which the neck should be closed. Many blouse options are somewhat old-fashioned and romantic.

Giles, Emilio Pucci

28. Fur trim
Fur collars, boas, stoles. Everything seems old, however, look at how interesting the designers arrange their fur trims….

29. Choker– decoration-collar around the neck. The variety on display is huge: from metal collars to plastic ones, and even chokers in the form of belts.

Complement wide straight trousers with belts and belts, with an emphasis on the waist, for which blouses are tucked into trousers. Tapered cropped trousers look feminine and elegant.

Zimmermann, Balenciaga

30. Fun fashion
In the future autumn-winter season, in addition to black, leave room in your wardrobe for colored options, because fashion can be not only strict, but also cheerful and cheerful. Add blue, green, orange, red, yellow colors to your wardrobe.

We're talking about gothic, luxurious velvet, and black, a color present in every wardrobe. But after looking at the collections, we are convinced that no one forbade introducing cheerful notes into fashion. Color your wardrobe in a variety of colors, draw funny faces from cartoons or children's drawings, or maybe just write some inscriptions... If your imagination is not enough, look at the collections of Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, Versace, Vivetta, Stella Jean, C?line...

On the catwalks we see things not only in the grunge style, but also those with threads sticking out, sleeves torn off, seams visible or fabrics aged. These are things with an unfinished effect. What their future trends will be – perhaps we’ll talk about this next season.

When creating your own individual image, experiment, and interesting and original discoveries await you. Make your choice. Do not consider the proposed ideas of designers as something flawless and unquestioningly implemented. If long fur coats and fur coats do not suit you due to your short stature, take a closer look at shorter options. If infantile dresses make your figure look square, wear a dress with a semi-fitted silhouette.

A blouse with a high collar will make you look smart if your neck is not too short, and bolder boots than before will elongate your legs if they are already long. Sometimes the most beautiful dress will lose all its charm on you if the proportionality in your figure is disturbed.

The current retro style has brought suede products back into fashion. Things made from this material perfectly emphasize the figure and make the image more feminine. A suede dress can be called ultra-fashionable, which is useful both for an evening out and for the office.

Suede is a luxurious and noble fabric. The suede outfit is pleasant to the skin, so it is suitable for everyday wear. Dresses made of suede fabric can be worn at any time of the year; they are in demand among girls and mature women.

The history of suede begins in barbaric Europe. Since the 4th century, suede material has been worn by both women and the stronger sex. This is proven by numerous excavations. But suede became fashionable during the Renaissance. In the 16th century, this material was used to make suits for hunters in northern Europe and Germany. At that time, suede products were very popular.

The next wave of popularity of suede dresses began in the 70s of the last century. Today, designers are increasingly returning to this “wild” and interesting style. And the most interesting thing is that suede dresses are no longer rare.

Models and styles of suede dresses

The most popular model is a straight dress without additional accessories. This is a universal option for slender and plump girls. The length of the outfit can be above the knees or reach them.

A suede dress with fringe will always remain on the fashion pedestal, the original design of which is ideal for both daily wear and special occasions. The outfit looks simple and unobtrusive, but very stylish and solemn.

A minimalist suede a-line dress is perfect for overweight girls. It will hide excess volumes, while the outfit can be classified as everyday wear.

The suede dress with lace deserves special attention. This is a formal option, it will help create a feminine and elegant look. The option with black leather inserts at the waist and on the sleeves is ideal for plus-size girls.

For office style, use a suede sheath dress. Give preference to black, blue and brown shades if the dress code in your company is not too strict.

Let's talk about shades. A beige dress made of soft and pleasant fabric looks gentle, feminine and romantic. Experts say that it is this muted shade that brings elegance and rigor to an outfit, allowing you to create business and casual looks. Beige and chocolate colors suit brunettes with dark skin, and we recommend other tones for those with light hair and skin. For a cocktail event, pastel shades are suitable: light blue, soft pink, mint.

If we talk about popular bright shades, then special attention should be paid to red models. It is noticeable in the photo that such an outfit suits tall brunettes and blondes with a good sense of style and a confident attitude in life.

Combination rules

Many girls are interested in the question: what to wear with such a non-standard and interesting dress?

To create a bright retro style, wear a lot of ethnic elements. A good option is to pair a suede wrap dress (which suits a slim and full figure) with a classic coat and knee-high boots. The style hides excess volume in the hips and abdomen, visually enlarging the breasts. You can create another look in the style of the past by adding a vest with appliqués or fringed elements to your look. At the same time, the handbag and dress should not be flashy.

If the main accent of the look is a suede shirtdress, consider the style direction. A business look should be decorated with a thin belt and shoes with small heels. Sleeves should not be rolled up, and bracelets should also be avoided. We recommend wearing beige tights with a business-style outfit; avoid leggings.

To create a romantic look, a shirt dress with a small belt, beige tights and pumps are ideal. To create a casual look, we recommend paying attention to long dress models, which should be complemented with boots or ballet flats. Wear tapered trousers or slim jeans with a short dress.

A suede dress with leather inserts looks very stylish. Stylists recommend complementing it with ankle boots or leather boots that match the color of the inserts.

If you choose a sophisticated English style, give preference to your favorite derbies and brogues, which will perfectly fit into a feminine look.

You will be surprised, but the most unusual approach to creating an image with a dress is the embodiment of a sporty trend. Once upon a time, this look only brought a smile, but today fashion designers often use it in their collections. In this case, it is recommended to give preference to a short model with perforations or fringes. A bomber jacket and stylish sneakers will look great. The look should be complemented with a small handbag.

Many of us choose classic combinations in clothing, however, it is worth experimenting! So, a dress made of suede with fur inserts, complemented by simple boots without additional accessories, looks elegant and rich. For a cool evening promenade, a shawl or coat is suitable; a fur coat is not recommended in this case.

Accessories

It is recommended to add accessories carefully. Too many additions or a bad combination can spoil the overall impression. If we are talking about a business look, you can do without jewelry at all, or add stylish gloves with a hat.

Based on the style and cut of the dress, you should choose a handbag, and it is not necessary that the bag matches the shades of the clothes. The simpler and neater the accessories are, the lighter and more luxurious the look will become.

Elegant gold and silver jewelry goes well with standard dress models. To create a casual and light look, plastic jewelry is suitable. Shirt dresses and sheath dresses are combined with metal jewelry, laces, and pendants. You can create a romantic and street look with the help of accessories with precious stones.

Rules of care

A dress made of such material is not a thing for every day! However, thanks to modern rules for processing suede, the product can be worn often. Before putting on the dress, it is recommended to treat it with a napkin soaked in fresh milk. This will remove dust from the surface of the product.

How to wash a suede dress? Experts recommend washing natural suede in soapy water. In this case, you need to act carefully, do not rub or twist the material. You need to dry the product on the table, covering it with a cloth.

After washing, the outfit should be rinsed with a solution of vinegar (3 tablespoons per liter of water). Then the fabric will become softer. You should iron clothes made of suede exclusively from the wrong side through silk fabric.

Now you know how to care for a suede dress. We hope that our tips will help you look brand new!

Suede shoes, gloves and bags have become classics and are loved by fashionistas. Fashion designers offer us to use suede in an unusual role - to wear dresses.

Modern suede is soft and pleasant to the touch, so dresses made from it are comfortable and come in a variety of styles. Let's look at several stylish looks with suede dresses and learn how to wear a new item according to the rules.

What to wear with suede dresses

Designers insist that such dresses join the wardrobes of all fashionistas. Suede is appropriate as part of a business outfit, suitable for shopping or a walk, it can be worn on a date and matched with sports shoes. Take a look at this colorful faux suede shift dress, paired with sneakers in the same shade. Mint-colored accessories smooth out the aggressiveness and make it almost universal.

The next undeniable trend of the year is a suede dress with fringe. An image with a blue dress and peach additions will look good on a slender lady.

A burgundy dress and cream accessories are a retro look. Such sets are recommended for girls under 40, while older fashionistas run the risk of looking ridiculous.

An outfit in natural shades with a short dress and open ones is ideal for fans of ethnic style. The outfit looks cozy and colorful.

Fashionable combinations with brown suede

Brown suede is considered the most versatile. Dresses in brown colors are ideal for the office and for an evening out. Look how gentle a brown pencil-length sundress looks with a blue pullover. At the same time, the set is laconic, suitable for work or study. The outfit can also be used for a walk.

  1. A simple light brown sheath dress is a better choice for the office. If you combine it with a cropped leather jacket and black accessories, you can get a spectacular outfit for a business woman.
  2. If you are going to take off your jacket in the office, it is advisable to complement the dress with a black strap to emphasize the waist, or with a pendant on a chain.
  3. Now imagine the same dress complete with a colorful neckerchief and bright shoes - a different mood and a cheerful image.
  4. In cool weather, pair your dress with a white sheepskin coat and white stocking boots for a luxurious outfit.
  5. For autumn, pair your brown dress with red boots and a matching quilted or leather vest.
  6. A light chunky knit sweater in an oversized style looks cozy with a narrow suede dress.

Keep in mind that suede tends to become shiny and wear out in areas that are used, so it is not recommended to wear it every day if you have to sit for a long time.

Romantic image

It’s easy to create a romantic mood - choose a dress made of suede or natural fabric in pastel shades. We settled on one of the most fashionable colors this season - lilac-gray and diluted it with yellow splashes. You will get a more delicate onion if you replace the yellow with light pink or white.

Young girls can try on a flared short pink baby-length dress or a floor-length blue dress with thin straps. The clothes will emphasize the fragility of the silhouette and the charm of youth.

When going on a date, wear a little black dress made of suede - it's a versatile outfit. You need to complement it with light accessories. Beige shoes and the same shawl with gold jewelry will do.

Another option is a mint-colored jacket or cardigan and the same clutch; shoes can be black. Be careful not to overdo it with jewelry for a suede dress - it can get lost and lose its luxury. Any suede item is self-sufficient.

How to wear for plus size girls

Corpulent fashionistas can wear any suede items. If we consider dress models, suede is usually used in laconic versions, but there are draperies, as in the proposed photo.

The deep V-neck elongates the silhouette, and the vertical straps on the shoes make the legs visually slimmer. If the neckline is too deep, you can wear a thin bib or bandeau top underneath.

  1. Use narrow and deep necklines to elongate your silhouette.
  2. Asymmetry helps to divert attention from problem areas.
  3. For an “apple” figure, wrap models are suitable.
  4. For girls with full legs and wide hips, fitted floor-length dresses are recommended.
  5. If you have slender legs, wear dresses with a slit.

A great choice for curvy fashionistas is a suede shirt dress. If your problem is a protruding tummy, choose a straight cut. For those with an A-line silhouette, we recommend options for a belt with patches on the shoulders and patch pockets on the chest. If your figure is a rectangle, you can “make” your waist using a wide belt.

Fashion trends in clothing in spring/summer 2016 will not have the desired effect without the right shoes. We've already made our shopping list by watching designers show at fashion week from New York to London and Milan to Paris. At every fashion show we found exactly what we needed. We just fell in love with some of the designs! We will be filling our cupboards again. Maybe we should give away the shoes we don't wear to those who need them. And we, of course, won’t have enough of our savings to buy all these fashionable things from the catwalks, although who knows!

We invite you to meet us at London Fashion Week.

The top shoe trends for spring/summer 2016 will be as follows:

1. Casual sneakers

This is probably the most popular shoe on the runways in the spring and summer. Red lacing and black heel can be seen at Alexander Wang. We can see sneakers with elements of sandals from Tommy Hilfiger and slides from Calvin Klein, which look great among other sneaker models of the season.

2. Shoes with thick soles

Combined with Greek sandals, these platforms will make you look taller, and summer 2016 will come back to you again and again. It is important that the platform is completely flat. They were called flatform, flat - flat in English. Giambattista Valli and Burberry demonstrated their flat shoes. Magnificent flatforms can also be seen at the shows of Louis Vuitton, Versace and Dries Van Noten. Rag & Bone, Stella McCartney, Michael Kors all fall into this same category. Chanel and Alexander Wang also contributed to the formation of fashion trends in 2016, and the latter made a huge emphasis on high stiletto heels and chains.

3. Pointed toe heels

For those who have narrow feet and love heels, we came up with this wonderful trend. Givenchy showed such a sexy look by lacing up the top of the foot down to the ankle. Prabal Gurung suggests wearing shoes with orange and red toes, while Marc Jacobs showed patent stilettos with gold trim. Extremely tempting!

4. So rare flat shoes without heels

Along with casual sneakers, the spring-summer 2016 shoe trends will include many flat models for lovers of comfort and femininity. Derek Lam offered leather flats with eyelets, while Bottega Veneta came in very comfortable, fine tanned calfskin. You can dance ballet in these shoes!

5. Leather shoes

Leather next season will not be as popular as in 2015, but it will still not leave the fashion catwalks. It is used for shoes with heels and flat soles. Derek Lam with his multi-hole leather pumps and Jason Wu with fringed sandals created versatile footwear for every day. Leather also looked great in a feathered ensemble. Classic leather shoes were shown by Valentino and Dior.

6. Shoes with slits and round holes

This is the most interesting shoe trend for spring 2016. As a rule, designers make such models from leather. We have already seen slits in the next spring and summer trends in swimsuits and clothing. The best examples were offered by Derek Lam with beige and olive heels with irregular slits. Our special attention was given to the coral-colored Rochas shoes with two small cutouts on the toes, reminiscent of a carnival mask.

7. Acrylic heel

Acrylic is a shoe trend we're definitely loving. The leather straps of these shoes can wrap around the ankle like a vine. Tanya Taylor showed amazingly beautiful floral arrangements on transparent acrylic shoe material.

8. Shoes with fringes

Fringe, a trend from the 1970s, conquered all the world's catwalks in 2015. As we can see in the photos, fringed stripes and tassels look divine on designer Marissa Webb's suede lace-up pumps. Fringe adorns Jason Wu's mid-heeled shoes, crafted from beautifully crafted tan suede.

9. Lace-up sandals
