Change the names of cards and suits, as well as add a default background image to the deck file. Each card has 5 information blocks. These are the values ​​of the direct and reverse positions, a description of what is shown on the map, the internal meaning of the map and an additional field in which you can enter something that does not fit the first four definitions. Convenient scheduling. The layouts are divided into groups with the ability to add new groups and move the layout to another group. A description of the layout and its drawing are also displayed, which makes it easier to select the desired layout. The program comes with more than 70 layouts, and with the help of the layout editor, you can create layouts yourself. The layout editor allows not only to enter a description of the position and the angle of the card, but also to set an individual interpretation of the straight and inverted cards for each position in the layout. The completed layout can be saved in the client database, printed, saved in Word document (rtf) format, along with a drawing of the completed layout, card drawings and descriptions. Where to begin:

Before starting fortune-telling, it makes sense to choose a deck that is best suited to answer the question posed. The installation package contains only one Universal Tarot deck, additional decks can be downloaded in the "Tarot Cards" section.

And so we will think that the decks have already been downloaded and connected. Now you need to select the menu item "Deck", "Change Deck".

Having chosen a suitable deck, we select the desired alignment, which can fully answer the question or questions posed. Menu item "Layout", "Change layout".

The deck and layout are selected. Now you need to mix the cards well. There are buttons on the toolbar "Shuffle" and "Move". It is necessary to click on the button corresponding to the action, then move the mouse pointer over the deck. When hovering the pointer, the deck is divided into two parts. Clicking the left mouse button will start the selected process. You need to shuffle and shift cards as many times as your intuition tells you. Do not forget that a card can be drawn from anywhere in the deck, as well as start the process of shuffling and shifting cards at any time, i.e. it is not at all necessary that this is done only before the start of fortune-telling, it can be done in the middle and at the end.

The figure shows the beginning of divination. Cards are laid out in strict order. The next position in which you need to put the card is lighter than the rest and its number is colored red.

Since there are three signifiers in the selected layout, it is advisable to set them. However, this is an optional requirement and you can leave these positions empty. But, since this is an example of working in a program, the significators will be set. To do this, regardless of what action is selected on the toolbar, you need to press the position corresponding to the first significator in the layout. In our case, this is S1. Significator positions are always denoted with the prefix "S".

Significators are needed so that the fortuneteller better tunes in to the process of fortune-telling and fixes in his mind that in fortune-telling we are talking about specific people. Court cards are usually used as significators (Page, Knight, Queen, King, all four suits), or the Mage card, if it is a man and the High Priestess, if it is a woman.

When you click the left mouse button on the position of the currently active significator, a dialog for selecting the desired card is launched. In our case, this is the King of Pentacles.

Now the significators are set and you can proceed to the layout. To do this, press the button "Choice" on the toolbar, and then select a card from anywhere in the deck and drag it to the desired position in the spread (the number of this position is marked in red). When you left-click on the deck, the selected card is separated from it. Now, without releasing the button, you need to drag the card to its position, after which the button should be released. If everything is done correctly, then the card will remain in the layout and, depending on the settings, it will either lie face down or open immediately.

All cards are laid out, now they can be opened. Opening occurs by clicking on the desired position. Please note that after the last map is laid out, the program automatically switches to the state of selecting additional maps (except for the Lite version).

In fact, cards can be opened immediately manually, or in the menu "Service", "Options" install "Open selected card" and the map will open automatically. You can open the cards in any convenient sequence.

When you hover the mouse pointer over an open card in the layout, a hint appears with an enlarged picture of the card, the name of the card, a description of the current position in the layout and how much space allows, the description of the card is displayed. If the layout comes with descriptions of the cards for each position, then this description is displayed (for example, the “Path” and “Pyramid of Lovers” layouts), if there is no such description, then the usual value of this card is displayed from the booklet with the descriptions of the cards, usually attached to the deck . It is worth noting that the hint also appears when you hover the mouse pointer over a position that does not contain a card. In this case, only the description of the selected item is displayed.

Usually hints are enough, but the program allows you to read additional information related to this card. To do this, click on the map left mouse button. A window appears with an enlarged image of the map and 6 tabs with descriptions. If the card is upside down, then pressing left mouse button on the map, will display this map in a straight position. Clicking on the map again will close the window.

If you click on the map right click, then the map will be displayed in full screen height. This feature is useful when you need to see small details. As in the previous case, if the card is in the reverse position, then you can click on it again right mouse button and the program will display the map upright. Clicking on the map again will close the window.

If a card in a position does not bring enough clarity, then it is possible to lay out up to three additional clarifying cards (except for the Lite version). Click the button on the toolbar "Extra. map" and move a card from the deck to the desired position. Please note that the main card in this position must be open. If the card can be accepted by the position, then the number of the receiving position is displayed on the back of the card. If the position cannot accept the card, then the number on the card is not displayed. For example, an attempt to put an additional card on the significator will not lead to anything.

Additional cards are displayed on top of the main one, below, one third of the width and height of the card. The figure shows three additional cards in 3rd position, on top of the High Priest card. It is often quite difficult to make out what is shown on the additional map, but when you hover the mouse pointer over it, the same hint appears as when you hover over the main map. In our case, the first additional card turned out to be the Ace of Pentacles. Additional cards are saved along with the completed layout, their values ​​are also printed and exported, i.e. each clarifying card becomes part of the spread.

Ah, if only there were 22 runes, like the Great Arcana of the Tarot, like letters in the Hebrew alphabet, like paths between the Sephira of the Tree of Life!.. Although in the interpretation of Ralph Bloom, symmetrical cards are considered not to have an inverted position, some sources give an interpretation for any inverted runes.
