Wooden snow scraper
Making a snow scraper from wood is as easy as shelling pears. To do this you will need a piece of chipboard or other durable plywood. The dimensions of the future snow scraper should not be made too large, otherwise, removing wet, sticky snow can become a nightmare.
It is important to cover one edge of the scraper, the one that will be working, with a piece of tin so that the sliding of the scraper on the snow does not cause obstacles during operation. The handles of a homemade scraper can be made from bars, attaching them with screws to work surface.
To ensure that the handles of the snow scraper do not become loose during operation, it is important to reinforce them with slope bars made from a piece of not too thick board. This completes the process of making a homemade snow scraper.
Metal snow scraper
To make a snow scraper from a bush sheet metal, required welding inverter and the ability to work with it. Of course, you can assemble a snow scraper on threaded connection using long bolts with nuts and wide washers.

If there is no piece of pipe, then the scraper can be made from a sheet of thick tin, having first bent it into a semicircular shape. IN in this case, the scraper should be secured to the wheelbarrow using long bolts, having previously drilled through holes in the car body.
On the eve of winter, I decided to make myself a manual snow scraper. Basic conditions: ease of use without the use of great physical effort and maximum cheapness in production. Since the scraper is necessary for clearing the snow from the sidewalk in front of the house, the area in front of the garage and the internal courtyard paths, I swept away the “Snow Scraper on Skids” immediately, because. it is more suitable for cleaning ice fields, but the runners will have to be dragged with great effort on asphalt and soil. Therefore, it was decided to make a snow scraper on wheels.
The question of what to make the scraper blade out of was resolved immediately; I had a piece of pipe with a diameter of 27 cm, I cut a sector out of it and after processing it turned out to be a finished blade. An old baby stroller was found to make a frame with a handle. I made the stops from old water pipes, made slots in them on one side for the wheel axle, and on the other side welded them to the blade of the scraper blade. I made ears from metal corners for attaching the racks; they were also welded to the blade of the scraper-dozer. To facilitate the design for the racks, I did not 
use water pipes, I found thin-walled bronze pipes in my garage. Tried it in place, cut it to required size and drilled holes at the ends for M6 bolts. At the upper ends of the racks I drilled three more holes of the same diameter to be able to adjust the height of the handle. In order to avoid scratching concrete and asphalt pavements and curbs when working to clear snow with this scraper-blade, a piece of conveyor belt was attached to the bottom of the scraper blade with self-tapping screws. After assembly, I painted it to give it a more or less decent look.
I do not provide drawings and specific dimensions and recommendations, because... everything was done “in the Russian way” - not a peephole and from scrap, which had long been asking for scrap metal and a landfill.
Now I'll wait for snow for testing. I'll describe the results.

Continuation: Now that some decent snow has finally fallen, you can start testing the effectiveness of your homemade snow scraper.
The first impression of working with it is excellent; cleaning snow is surprisingly easy and pleasant. The snow was indeed freshly fallen, not compacted. Thanks to the conveyor belt, the scraper moves well along the ground and does not get stuck on uneven surfaces. In a word, the design turned out to be successful. Even my wife couldn’t stand it, she took the scraper from me and started cleaning the area. According to her, our snow scraper is much better than any shovel.
Conclusion: The design of the snow scraper on wheels turned out to be very successful, although improvements are possible.
One of the possible directions for improvement: Make a variable angle of the blade from zero to about 35 degrees, so that it can be used not only as a scraper, but also as a bulldozer-type scraper. True, this will complicate the design a little. I definitely won’t be doing this in the near future, since I am completely satisfied with the ready-made option.
