- Production of rounded logs:
After all the logs have been sorted as required, each log individually begins to be processed in specialized equipment. The log is cylindered to the strictly required diameter, a longitudinal groove (lunar groove) is cut into it and a compensation groove is cut. All these operations are carried out on the conveyor in one pass of the log, which allows large volume work in a short time.
- Log trimming:
After the rounded log with grooves is ready, the log is divided into parts. Each part will become an element of the house in the future. The operation of dividing a log into parts is carried out using a cross-cutting machine, which cuts the logs as evenly and accurately as possible.
- Cutting cups according to the project:
The next stage begins after the logs have been trimmed. After that, they are sent to a specialized machine, which, using high-precision equipment using laser markings, cuts cups in a rounded log for a wooden house project prepared in advance.
- Antiseptic:
The next stage in the production of rounded logs is its antiseptic treatment.
