Preparation:

  1. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt, chicken spices and black pepper and fry in a frying pan on both sides for 7-10 minutes. Then put them in a bowl, cover with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. For croutons, cut fresh bread into cubes, place on a baking sheet, put 3 whole cloves of garlic in it and pour in vegetable oil. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, stirring the crackers periodically. When they turn golden brown, take them out of the oven.
  3. Cut the Chinese cabbage, avocado into cubes, then also cut the chicken breast into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Prepare the sauce: pour soy sauce into a bowl with mayonnaise, add sour cream, squeeze out lemon juice, add chopped garlic clove, mix.
