UT-L boilers are available in modifications for 2500, 3050, 3700, 4200, 5200, 6500, 7700, 9300, 11200, 12600, 14700, 16400, 19200 kW.

The reliability of the three-pass design of Unimat UT-L boilers has been repeatedly proven by examples of their long-term use in 140 countries around the world. The hot water boiler is CE marked and its design and equipment complies with the European Pressure Vessel Directive. The boiler is certified in accordance with the requirements Technical regulations Customs Union and is intended for use at temperatures up to 110 °C and pressures up to 16 bar.
High level of efficiency
High-quality mineral wool surface insulation minimizes radiation losses. At the customer's request, the boiler can be equipped with a built-in or free-standing economizer, as well as a condensing heat exchanger. Standard calculated efficiency without a flue gas heat exchanger is up to 95% and up to 105% when using a condensing heat exchanger.

Equipment level
The UNIMAT UT-L water heating boiler is offered as a fully functional unit complete with associated components. The equipment configuration can be freely varied and configured in accordance with customer requirements. The basic set of high-quality equipment includes the boiler body, burner unit, flue gas heat exchanger or condensing heat exchanger, as well as the control system and connected safety devices and the compact Control 8000 system.
As an alternative, it is also possible to select a BCO boiler control system together with a control cabinet. All wire connections are already made in the built-in terminal block. Pre-installed, marked cable harnesses simplify the electrical installation of the boiler control cabinet with terminal box.

Boilers of the UT-L type can be used in hospitals, private and multi-apartment residential buildings, office buildings, as well as industrial enterprises. Thanks to its high degree of versatility, the UT-L can be used as a backup boiler or used to cover peak loads.
Design:
The flame pipe ends with a rotating chamber of flue gases, washed by water, which passes into the second passage of the smoke pipes. In total, the boiler has three heat exchange passes: the first - in the boiler furnace (radiant heat exchange), the second and third - in the smoke tubes of the boiler (convective). The arrangement of smoke pipes in a circle ensures optimal flow of flue gases. Smoke pipes do not have internal turbulators, which create additional resistance to the movement of combustion products. The combustion chamber, water space, radiant and convective heating surfaces are optimized and mutually coordinated.
The front door of the boiler opens completely. Depending on customer preferences, hinges can be located on the left or right. Thanks to the fully openable boiler door, complete maintenance, cleaning and inspection can be carried out. For ease of operation, a coordinated control system for the heating circuit, boiler and burner is used, depending on user requirements and design, adapted to various software applications. Using the SMS-930 functional module allows you to control an installation that includes up to 8 boilers with general or separate coordination of the operation of each of them.
Design overview
