4. Responsibility

Characteristics of the work. Maintenance, repair, management and maintenance of valves with manual drive and simple mechanically driven valves. Observation of the actions of the involved workers while they simultaneously close two or three specified valves during complex tests. Troubleshooting simple problems. Must know: the structure, conditions and operating rules of metal structures with manual drive and simple ones with mechanical drive; methods of fastening repaired metal structures, basic information about tolerances and their designation on the drawings; techniques for repairing and assembling parts and components of metal structures mechanisms; rules for operating lifting and transport mechanisms; arrangement of alternating current electric motors, control gear; permissible loads during operation of electric motors; device and purpose of control and measuring instruments; rules for testing electrical insulation resistance; fundamentals of electrical engineering, mechanics and technology of metal processing and hydraulics; tunnel dimensions.
Characteristics of the work. Maintenance, repair, management and maintenance of station, tunnel and vestibule gates of airlock and other types, except for gates with pneumohydraulic accelerators. Practical training in gate control and observation of the actions of involved workers from other services while simultaneously closing and opening four or five tunnel, station and vestibule gates during their complex tests.
Troubleshooting gates during complex tests before trains start moving. Assembly of worm gears, transmissions, sealing and hydraulic jacks. Hydraulic testing of assembled components of mechanisms under pressure over 100 atm. Repair of asynchronous electric motors and relays various systems. Repair and adjustment of starting and protective equipment. Metalworking and fitting of parts and assemblies according to 7-10 qualifications (2 - 3 accuracy classes).
Must know: the design and purpose of metal structures of airlock and other types, except for gates with pneumohydraulic accelerators; technological sequence installation, dismantling, repair and inspection of mechanisms and electrical equipment; tolerances and fits and their designations on drawings and diagrams of electrical equipment; protection and automation device; relay designs for various systems; methods for preventing and eliminating metal deformation and internal stresses during welding; defects that arise during the assembly and installation of valves, methods for eliminating them; rules for controlling valves of all types, except for double-acting pneumatic-hydraulic accelerators, location of metal structures in the serviced area.
