I want to say right away that simple ways there is no solution to this problem. And this kind of “optimization” is worth doing if your monthly budget in Yandex.Direct is at least 50,000 rubles. I spoke with directologists involved in contextual advertising since 2004 and with full responsibility I am ready to declare that VAT has always been in the directive and the period for registering an account does not matter in this matter.
Second useless option– this is registering an account in Yandex.Direct through the E-lama contextual advertising management system. You may come across such a misconception that if you create an account through E-lama, then in this case you will not have to pay VAT. However, in reality, VAT will already be included in the cost of advertising. VAT payer in in this case will be E-lama.
Third option How not to try to save on VAT is to buy accounts registered to foreign citizens. The fact is that purchasing such an account does not in itself exempt you from paying VAT. However, citizens of other states, I can still help us in this matter if we approach the organization of the process correctly.
How to top up your Yandex.Direct account without VAT
First way payment of bills in Yandex.Direct without VAT is associated precisely with foreign citizens. The fact is that in Russia the VAT rate for the sale of services for export is 0%. In other words, if a foreign citizen pays for advertising for you, then, according to current laws, there is no need to pay VAT.
