Before starting work on plastering facades, external waterproofing must be carried out and drainage systems must be installed. engineering systems. Finishing of facades with defects storm systems not acceptable. It is recommended to treat bases with normal water absorption with BOLARS Strengthening primer. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with BOLARS Deep Penetration Primer. Before applying the primer, areas affected by mold fungi are treated with the fungicidal composition BOLARS Anti-Mold. Plastering of surfaces is carried out after the soil has completely dried. Preparation of the solution For mechanized application, the mixture is prepared in machines for mixing and feeding plaster mortar. Pour the dry mixture into the hopper of the plastering station. Adjust the water supply (the amount of water is determined by the type plastering machine) to match the required consistency of the solution. To prepare the mortar mixture for manual application, you must take a precisely measured amount of clean tap water. room temperature(for 1 kg dry 0.20-0.23 l of water, for 1 bag of 25 kg - 5.0-5.75 l of water). Mixing is carried out mechanically (with a drill with an attachment), evenly pouring the dry mixture into water until a homogeneous paste-like mass is obtained. Let the solution stand for 3-5 minutes, then stir again and it is ready for use. Ready solution is in working condition for at least 3 hours. Execution of work Treat the prepared facade plaster solution using the machine spray method or apply it with a trowel, trowel or spatula to the base in a layer of 2 to 20 mm, then level it using a rule or grater. When plastering brick walls and surfaces made of gas silicate blocks, it is recommended to use façade fiberglass mesh. To obtain an even, smooth layer, after the mixture begins to set on the wall, smooth the surface with a metal spatula. Application in two layers is allowed (total application thickness up to 30 mm). To do this, comb the first, not yet hardened, layer with a plaster comb and dry completely. Before applying the next layer, the surface must be treated with BOLARS Strengthening primer. For final leveling It is recommended to use materials from the BOLARS putty group depending on the type of base and work conditions. Consumption Average consumption for a layer thickness of 10 mm is 13-14 kg/m². 25 kg bag – 1.7-1.8 m² with a layer thickness of 10 mm.
