Failure to achieve

How to appeal the rector’s order on expulsion from the university?

There are often situations when illegal expulsion is made against a citizen receiving education at an educational institution. If there are legal grounds, the student has the right to cancel the expulsion order.

Reasons for deduction:

• Availability of valid reasons for skipping lectures or failing a session;
• Expulsion in relation to a student who is on sick leave, on maternity leave or during the holidays is unacceptable according to;

But, having been a student for three years now, I am still amazed by the phrase: “I don’t care where to go, as long as they give me a scholarship.” It turns out that in a specialty with a large number of places they recruit everyone, and after six months this “squad” is not able to pass the exams and earn a C for the test.

Another reason why budget places appear in the second semester of the first year is quite official. With the introduction of independent testing, many yesterday's schoolchildren (read: bad students) earned biased high grades (I took French without knowing a single word of it, and scored 120 points). In addition, having the opportunity to apply for different specialties, applicants began to apply according to the principle “wherever I go on a budget, I will become one.” Naturally, this affected the overall performance of first-year students, and there they are not far from the tail end.
