We worked with Fabrikant.ru for more than one year, paying repeatedly according to the tariff plan of 15,000 rubles per month. + small purchase tariff up to 300,000 rubles, which is provided free of charge, we never won one of the tenders put out - we realized that there was simply no point in making further payments, we looked at tenders up to 300,000 rubles. and this one appeared on 09/01/2014, but only for 332,500 rubles, they set the price per m.p. (running meter), because in the application, the total quantity of purchase in pm and after 3 weeks a girl from Fabrikant.ru calls and says that we are denied access to the small purchase tariff - free of charge, as an unscrupulous participant, that we are repeatedly violating the rules of participation, referring to the offer and the fact that we give prices lower than those given by the customer and from September 17, 2014, we will make payments only according to the tariff plan, i.e. 15,000 rubles each, after which I tried to explain that the program missed the price, which means we didn’t violate anything, and then the girl began to raise her voice at me and say that we were committing fraud, after which she tried to impose a tariff plan on me. I realized that the girl or the company management clearly had problems with mathematics, or we simply crossed someone’s path in this tender, because... the total amount that we entered in the m.p., if you calculate it, will be 840,000 rubles. Having looked at all the parameters again, we realized that we would not win the tender, because The purchase amount was initially underestimated by the customer, but they did not refuse to participate and forgot about it. I have several questions: 1. Why are the employees of the Fabrikant company. ru allow themselves to raise their voice? 2. Why did the program skip the price if there is a limit of up to 300,000 rubles, although the purchase amount was 332,500, the system initially would not have allowed you to put a price tag? 3. Why don’t Fabrikant.ru employees warn clients about some kind of violations that the client doesn’t even suspect about, since the system allows it, but they call, are rude and block any access other than the paid one according to the tariff plan? 4. Why do company employees call clients and force them to participate in fake tenders, saying the following phrase: We send it to you, but you don’t participate, put any price they just urgently need to close the auction, but no offers are received, because One participant cannot win the auction, but two are another matter? 5. Why do Fabrikant.ru employees ask for 100% of the winnings of the tender to be paid for their services. From all this I can say one thing: Work with Fabrikant. ru we won't do it anymore, because... as an alternative, there are more than 3,000 sites. Employees of this company blame conscientious clients for their mistakes, calling them fraudsters and violators, thereby proving that they themselves are such!
