- The terms for fulfilling warranty obligations in relation to Goods of proper and inadequate quality established by the legislation of the Russian Federation begin to apply from the moment the Goods are transferred by the Buyer to the Seller.
- In case of disagreement with the inspection report of the Goods by the authorized Service Center, the Buyer has the right to independently contact any specialized expert organization of his choice, or to challenge the conclusion of such an examination in court.
- In case of repair or modification of the characteristics of the Product by third parties, the warranty becomes void. Upon receipt of the product from the carrier/third parties, immediately inspect it for defects/damage/tampering.
