  • lettuce leaves – 4-5 pcs.

Finely chop the cabbage, knead it with your hands, adding a pinch of sugar and salt. Add corn and coarsely chopped crab sticks. Mix it all with mayonnaise. We put lettuce leaves on a dish, put the mixture that we got on top, and decorate with sprigs of parsley or dill.

Refreshing salad with cabbage, corn and pineapple

Ingredients:

  • canned corn – 1 can
  • pineapple – 1 can
  • Chinese cabbage – 1 pc.
  • rye crackers – 100 g
  • bell pepper – 2 pcs.
  • light mayonnaise – 70-100 g

Cut the sweet pepper into thin strips, shred the cabbage, cut the canned pineapple into small cubes. Mix everything, season with light mayonnaise and add rye crackers. It is better to do this just before serving so that the salad is crispy.

Salad with ham, cabbage and corn

Ingredients:

  • ham – 100 g
  • white cabbage – 200 g
  • green onions – 1 bunch
  • dessert corn – 100 g
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons

Grind the ham and green onions, add to the shredded cabbage and corn. Mix with vegetable oil.

Ingredients:

  • smoked sausage – 200 g
  • processed cheese – 1 pc.
  • corn - 1 can
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • white cabbage – 300 g
  • mayonnaise – 100 g

Cut the sausage and cucumbers into strips, shred the cabbage. Mix with corn and grated processed cheese, season with mayonnaise.

Lenten salad “Amanita” with honey mushrooms and corn

Ingredients:

  • corn – 100 g
  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g
  • salted honey mushrooms – 300 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Korean carrots – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 100 g

We wash the honey mushrooms and cut them finely, add Korean carrots, corn and half the cabbage, mix with mayonnaise. Cover the top of the salad with chopped green cabbage leaves. Place cherry tomato halves on top and make white mayonnaise dots on them.

Spicy salad with crab sticks and cabbage

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage – 200 g
  • apples – 2 pcs.
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • corn – 50 g
  • crab sticks – 250 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • yogurt – 50 ml
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • pepper and salt - a pinch
  • mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon

Three large graters: apples, crab sticks and boiled eggs. Shred the cabbage and add to the salad. We make the dressing as follows: mix mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard, spices and finely chopped onion. Sprinkle the top of the salad with corn.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage – 500 g
  • red onion – 1 pc.
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • apples – 2 pcs.
  • parsley – 50 g
  • coriander and turmeric – ? teaspoons
  • seeds – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • corn – 100 g
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml

In a large bowl, combine chopped onion, pepper and cabbage. Add chopped parsley and grated apple. Lightly fry the seeds in a dry frying pan. Add them and corn to the salad. Pour vegetable oil over the salad and sprinkle with spices. If desired, you can lightly salt it.

Salad with tuna, corn and seaweed

Ingredients:

  • tuna in oil – 1 can
  • corn – 200 g
  • seaweed – 150 g
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • lemon juice – 3 tbsp. spoons

Cut all the vegetables into cubes, add seaweed and mashed tuna. We put corn in the salad, pour over lemon juice and the oil that was left in the tuna can.

Layered salad with chicken and corn

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • corn – 100 g
  • prunes – 30 g
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • cheese – 100 g
  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons

We prepare all the ingredients: chop the chicken fillet and prunes, chop the cabbage, grate the eggs and cheese. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce in equal proportions. Lay out in layers: cabbage, corn, eggs, sauce, chicken, prunes, sauce, cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g
  • red cabbage – 70 g
  • white cabbage – 70 g
  • apples – 2 pcs.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • raisins – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • corn – 200 g
  • parsley – 30 g
  • orange juice – 4 tbsp. spoons
  • natural yogurt – 4-5 tbsp. spoons
  • black pepper - a pinch

Grind the parsley in a blender and mix with yogurt and pepper. We chop all types of cabbage, grate apples and carrots, add corn and raisins, pour over orange juice. Dress the salad with green sauce.

Chicken salad with cabbage and cheese balls

Ingredients:

  • soft cheese – 50 g
  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g
  • chicken fillet – 200 g
  • red onion -1/2 pcs.
  • corn - 5-6 tbsp. spoons
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • basil - a pinch
  • dill – 30 g
  • sesame – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • tangerine juice – 2 tbsp. spoons

First, prepare small cheese balls: mix soft cheese with chopped garlic, dill and basil. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry over high heat for no more than 3-5 minutes. Finely chop the onion, pepper and cabbage. Mix everything together with chicken and corn. Drizzle with the following sauce: fresh tangerine juice, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Place cheese and garlic balls on top of the salad.

Salad with heart, tongue and corn

Ingredients:

  • pork tongue – 200 g
  • beef heart – 300 g
  • canned corn – 100 g
  • peas – 100 g
  • cabbage – 100 g
  • pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • salad onion – 1 pc.
  • greens – 10 g
  • mayonnaise – 4 tbsp. spoons

Cut the boiled heart and tongue into strips, add canned peas and corn. Finely chop the cabbage, onions and cucumbers and add to the salad. Pour mayonnaise over everything and decorate with sprigs of herbs. You can also decorate with peas and corn, placing them with flowers or some kind of inscription. For example, you can put the number 8 if the salad is being prepared for Women's Day.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage – 200 g
  • shrimp – 300 g
  • squid – 1 pc.
  • corn – 200 g
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • hot seasoning - a pinch
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • greens – 30 g

Boil squid and shrimp separately. Cut the squid into strips and fry in vegetable oil with chopped garlic. Chop the pepper and cabbage and add to the seafood and canned corn. To prepare the dressing, mix the juice of one lemon with olive oil, chopped herbs and add a little of your favorite seasoning.
