2014 – 2015 academic year

In accordance with school order No. 20 dated April 16, 2015, an intermediate certification of students in grades 2, 3, 5-8 was carried out from May 13 to May 26, 2015.

Target:

Determining the actual level of knowledge of schoolchildren in individual subjects, identifying the effectiveness and degree of training of schoolchildren.

When conducting the intermediate certification of students, the school was guided by the Regulations on the intermediate (annual) certification of students, the decision of the pedagogical council dated February 16, 2015 (Minutes No. 1), where the subjects and forms of intermediate certification were approved.

By decision of the pedagogical council, the interim (annual) certification included a knowledge test on:

    Russian language (2, 5 classes);

    German language (6th grade)

    mathematics (2, 5, 8 grades);

    biology (7th grade);

    comprehensive control work (3 grades)

    social studies (7th grade);

    literature (6th grade);

    geography (8 classes);

    checking students' reading technique (grades 4-8).

Diagnostic materials for intermediate certification in grades 2-3 were developed by teachers primary classes, in grades 5-8 - subject teachers. KIMs were considered and approved at a meeting of the school’s methodological council (minutes No. 2 of April 20, 2015). Interim certification in the 2nd grade was carried out in the form of tests, in the 3rd grade - in the form of a comprehensive test, in grades 5-8 - in the form of diagnostic tests. Two weeks before it started, a schedule was drawn up. Students and parents were familiarized with the schedule and procedure at class and parent meetings.

The majority of students showed good and satisfactory knowledge at the interim (annual) assessment.

Results of control and diagnostic work in grades 2.5-8 showed that learning was 100% in grade 5 in Russian language and mathematics, in grade 7 in biology and social studies, which corresponds to the results of the school year. Indicators of the quality of knowledge correspond to the indicators of annual grades in the 5th grade in Russian language and mathematics, in the 6th grade in literature, in the 7th grade in biology and social studies, in the 8th grade in geography.

The students showed the highest percentage of quality of knowledge:

    7th grade in biology - 86%, in social studies - 71%;

    5th grade in Russian language and mathematics - 67%;

    6th grade literature – 67%;

    8th grade in geography – 67%.

However, the level of learning and quality of knowledge in 8th grade in mathematics is 29% lower than the annual level, which indicates that students are insufficiently prepared for the intermediate (annual) certification.

Students who showed unsatisfactory results at the interim (annual) certification: 2nd grade student. ( PMPC certificate) in Russian language and mathematics, two 8th grade students. in mathematics - after analyzing the work, eliminating gaps in knowledge, they did the work again.

The most good results reading techniques in 3rd grade, 8th grade and 1st grade. Compared to the previous school year, there is an improvement in students' reading skills. Trying to increase the quantitative result, students forget about expressiveness and error-free reading. It is necessary to work on reading technique for three students in grades 2 and 7, and one student in grades 5, 6 and 8.

Conclusions:

1. The majority of students showed good and satisfactory knowledge at the interim (annual) assessment. Works rated unsatisfactory were analyzed and re-done.

2. The level of learning in all subjects was basically 100%, which corresponds to the results of the academic year. However, indicators of the quality of knowledge in some subjects are lower than indicators of annual grades. This suggests that teachers in these classes were unable to optimally organize individual preparatory work with low-performing students, as well as insufficient preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification of the students themselves.

Results of a comprehensive test in grade 3

In accordance with the in-school control plan and the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Education, a final comprehensive test was carried out in the 3rd grade from May 19.

REPORT ON

INTERMEDIATE FINAL CERTIFICATION

in MBOU NSOSH No. 30

academic year

The school charter provides for an interim final certification of students in grades 2-8 as one of the components of the system for determining the quality of education in the school, the most important form of monitoring the level of mastery of educational programs.

Guided by the Regulations on

intermediate certification and transfer of students, the teaching staff carried out the following activities:

· Meetings of the MS and the teaching council were held to organize the end of the academic year, prepare and conduct the intermediate final certification;

· The work of subject teachers and class teachers of grades 2-8 was carried out to implement the right of students to choose exams and their forms for intermediate certification;

· measuring instruments for conducting written exams were compiled and approved;

· the terms and procedure for conducting written exams are determined;

· examination of the examination material was carried out;

· evaluation criteria developed exam papers at various levels of difficulty;

· compiled and brought to the attention of participants educational process schedule of intermediate certification;

· analysis of examination papers;

· analysis of the results of interim certification.

Interim certification at the school was carried out from May 22 to May 28. No violations of the procedure were noted. During the certification, all provisions of the school’s administrative documents were observed:

“On the procedure for ending the school year and the timing of intermediate certification in grades 2-8.”

“On approval of the schedule of transfer exams, the form of final certification and the composition of examination commissions in grades 2-8 in the academic year.”

“On the transfer of students in grades 2-8, 10 based on the results of interim certification.”

Pedagogical Council No. 7 dated 13. it was decided:

Allow all students in grades 2-8 to participate in the intermediate final certification;

In accordance with clause 3.4 of the Regulations onrating system, forms, order, frequency

intermediate certification and transfer of students (intermediate certification of students absent for more than 50% of the academic time for a valid reason (sports competitions, training camps, etc.) is carried out with the mandatory delivery to the teacher of the educational material studied in the quarter (half-year) at the choice of any of the forms of intermediate certification) 8th grade student Sergei Semenko is assigned to take tests, tests and test work on topics missed during the 4th quarter in the subjects - Russian language, algebra, geometry, English, physics, computer science, chemistry, biology;

Exempt from intermediate (annual) certification based on medical certificates of 3rd grade student Velichko Nikita, who is undergoing treatment;

Exempt from intermediate (annual) certification students who have excellent annual grades in all subjects: Ksenia Pigunova, Victoria Gridyakina, Kristina Reutskaya,

Savchenko Ekaterina, Tsokolova Irina, Moroz Ksenia;

At the suggestion of the MS of the school, the following exams were taken for the intermediate final certification of students in grades 2-8:

2-4 grades - mathematics

8th grade - algebra and life safety.

A positive aspect of the 2012 interim certification was the fact that, in comparison with annual assessments, the results in all subjects submitted for interim certification were stable in terms of SV (%). Positive dynamics of QR (%) is noted in the following subjects: mathematics 4th grade - by 20%, life safety 8th grade - by 6%. Negative dynamics are noted in the 8th grade in algebra, respectively - by 17%, in computer science in the 5th grade - by 15%, in mathematics in the 2nd grade - by 20%, which indicates that students did not confirm the results of the year during the intermediate certification process. The annual grades were confirmed by 6th grade students in Russian language and geography and 7th grade students in physics.

The main conclusions based on the qualitative analysis of exams conducted as part of the intermediate certification:

1. The test in mathematics in grade 2 consisted of 5 tasks aimed at testing the mastery of tabular cases of addition and the corresponding cases of subtraction, the ability to compare multi-digit numbers, the ability to operate with mathematical terminology, the ability to solve problems, master the basic phrases “increase by”, “increase in", "reduce by". All students coped with the proposed text. Computational errors were made, as well as when performing the task of increasing (decreasing by) a segment several times. KO (%) – 60%, SV (%) – 100%.

2. Analysis of the test work in grade 3 showed that all students confirmed their annual grades. The examination test tested knowledge of computational techniques of multiplication and division, addition and subtraction of multi-digit numbers, the ability to find the area and perimeter of a rectangle, and the ability to solve problems. Students mostly made computational errors when finding the value of an expression and in the written subtraction algorithm.

3. In 4th grade in mathematics, all students have mastered the required minimum educational content. Knowledge control was carried out in two stages: Stage 1 - tested the ability to solve equations, compare quantities, find the value of an expression with multi-digit numbers; Stage 2 – tested the ability to solve problems involving movement, finding the area and perimeter of a rectangle, and problems with quantities. Students made computational errors when solving equations and comparing quantities. Students did not make any serious mistakes when solving problems. KO (%) of the exam was 90%, SV (%) – 100%.

4. In the 5th grade in computer science, students coped best with the task “information media” and “drawing in Paint”. Students had difficulty formatting the document.

5. In the 6th grade in the Russian language, all students mastered the program in accordance with the state standard general education and confirmed their annual estimates. The topics “Syntax” and “Punctuation” are well understood. When writing the test, students most often made errors in the spelling of the tested unstressed vowel in the root of the word (3 people), in the phonetic analysis of words (3 people), in the morphemic composition of the verb and its special forms and morphological analysis of words (4 people), syntactic analysis of sentences (3 people).

6. In the 6th grade in geography, 5 students confirmed their annual grades (), wrote papers below the annual grade and made mistakes in geographical terms, when solving problems and when working with a map.

7. Analysis of the physics exam in the 7th grade showed that students well mastered the following topics: “Introduction”, “Motion and interaction of bodies”, “Sound phenomena”, “Mechanical vibrations”. Students scored the lowest number of points in the test part of the exam on the topic “Light Phenomena”. Students showed knowledge of rectilinear formulas in the exam uniform motion, density of matter, frictional and gravity forces, mechanical work and power, the ability to move from non-system units of measurement to system ones, to solve calculation problems for the indirect application of the formula. The greatest difficulties for students were: the task of applying Hooke's law (to determine the stiffness of the spring and the elongation of the spring), the task of finding the distance to an obstacle (sound reflection), the task of finding the optical power of a lens, the task of constructing the path of a ray in a diverging lens. During the practical part of the exam, it was revealed: 3 out of 14 students do not know how to determine the division value of the device and the measurement error, 2 students were unable to independently draw a conclusion from the experiments performed.

8. The 7th grade physical education exam was held in two stages: in the first stage, students

demonstrated their theoretical knowledge in the field of physical education and sports. The answers of Kirnos Stanislav and Kozhnikov Fedor were especially distinguished. The guys not only showed good theoretical knowledge, but also expressed their understanding of the importance of sports and healthy image life in the life of every person. At the second stage, students performed practical tasks: jumping, running, pulling up. The best were Andrey Bedrik, Ilya Soroka, and Stanislav Kirnos, who confidently confirmed their annual “excellent” ratings. KO (%) on the exam – 86%, SV (%) – 100%.

9. In the 8th grade, there is a low level of quality of mathematical preparation both according to the results of the year and according to the results of the intermediate certification of 44% of eighth-graders who will take part in the state final certification (GIA - 2013). Students make mistakes in the algorithm for solving an inequality that reduces to a linear one, writing the answer in the form of a numerical interval. 55% of eighth graders did not start solving the problem.

Recommendations: during the school year, systematically conduct classes with low-performing students to review program material on the following topics - “ Quadratic function. Its properties and graph", "Inequalities. Solving linear and quadratic inequalities”, “Solving problems using equations”.

10. An examination in the 8th grade in life safety showed that students had mastered the required minimum education in the subject. The topics are well mastered: “Rules of conduct during accidents at chemical waste facilities”, “Rules of conduct in case of accidents at radiation facilities”, “Means personal protection", "First aid for skin contact chemical substances" Mistakes were made in the following questions: sources of water, atmosphere, and soil pollution; they do not know the causes and stages of development of technical accidents; they confuse the procedure for evacuation in case of an accident at hydroelectric power plants.

The educational and material base of the school allows for educational work with students to be carried out in an organized manner at a modern level. However, the success rate for individual classes remains insufficiently high. This is explained by the fact that in these classes children with a low level of ability are taught; there are students who have a “3” in one subject. This fact indicates insufficiently close contacts between class teachers and subject teachers, the need to use an individual approach in assessing students’ learning and more rational use additional hours for individual work with promising students.

227 1st level students were admitted to the intermediate (annual) certification.

Pupils of the 1st grade, where a grade-free system of work is allowed, were not certified. However, all these classes were given cross-sectional tests in the Russian language, mathematics, and reading in order to test their mastery of the standard.

Intermediate (annual) certification in grades 2–4was carried out in the form:

Tests on the Russian language, mathematics, reading techniques.

The statistical report on the results of administrative control work (see Appendix No. 1) showed:

This suggests that teachers were unable to optimally organize individual preparatory work with low-performing students, as well as insufficient preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification of the students themselves. It should also be taken into account that in the middle of the school year teachers in 2nd grade and 3a changed. Perhaps the adaptation period has not yet ended, which led to a decrease in the quality of training in the subjects.

Statistical report on the results of control work

(see Appendix No. 2) showed:

  • The quality of training is higher at the intermediate certification than the results of the year (10% or more):

5th grade in mathematics (teacher Grigorieva N.M.) +10%

8th grade in algebra (teacher N.M. Grigorieva) + 12%

This was made possible by teachers using various forms and methods of individual work with low-performing students during the period of preparation for interim (annual) certification.

  • The results of training quality were not confirmedat the intermediate certification, in comparison with the results of the year:

6th grade in Russian language (teacher Lymareva R.S.) -13%

10th grade in Russian language (teacher Burlakova O.V.) -12%

6th grade in mathematics (teacher Grigorieva N.M.) - 30%

This suggests that teachers in these classes were unable to optimally organize individual preparatory work with low-performing students, as well as insufficient preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification of the students themselves.

The quality of training remained at the same high level (60% or more), compared to the results of the year:

5th grade in Russian language (teacher Burlakova O.V.) 65%

5th grade in mathematics (teacher Afonina N.E.) 70%

7th grade in algebra (teacher Denisova V.V.) 79%

10th grade algebra (teacher Denisova V.V.) 68%

Analyzing the results of the intermediate certification in the form of control papers UO-82% KO-53% in comparison with the results of the year UO-98% KO-57%, one should pay attention to the negative dynamics of UO and KO, which indicates a biased assessment of students’ knowledge. Negative dynamics of LO on tests is explained by the fact that in each class children with a low level of capabilities are taught, individual work is carried out with these children throughout the entire educational period, by teachers, a psychologist, a social pedagogue, in order to teach this category students to the standard. In addition, it should be taken into account that throughout the entire school year there is a movement of children living in the GU RO SRC, who, as a rule, do not attend school for a long time, and therefore do not meet the educational standard.

The statistical report on the results of mandatory examinations for school choice (see Appendix No. 3.4) showed:

  • The quality of training is lower at the intermediate certification than the results of the year:

7th grade in history (teacher N.G. Kerentseva) - 4%

7th grade in biology (teacher Chernyshova I.E.) -19%

7b class in social studies (teacher Kirilina N.I.) - 9%

This suggests that teachers in these classes were unable to optimally organize individual preparatory work with low-performing students, as well as insufficient preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification of the students themselves because For the first time, 7th grade students passed an intermediate (annual) certification orally (using tickets).

The statistical report on the results of exams of students' choice (see Appendix No. 3.4) showed:

  • confirmed the high level of quality of training (100%):

8th grade in geography (teacher Perlova E.A.)

8th grade in Russian language (teacher Yusina A.P.)

8-a, to the Russian language class (teacher Chernikova A.N.)

8-a, b, c chemistry class (teacher Kovalenko O.N.)

8th grade in biology (teacher Chernyshova I.E.)

8th grade English language(teacher Permyakova T.N.)

10th grade biology (teacher Shkondina O.I.)

10th grade in biology (teacher Chernyshova I.E.)

10th grade in geography (teacher Perlova E.A.)

10th grade history (teacher Eliseeva S.V.)

10-a,b class in chemistry (teacher Kovalenko O.N.)

10-a,b class in computer science (teacher Kovalenko E.G.)

  • remained at the same level, i.e. confirmed the results of the year:

8-a,b,c history class (teacher N.G. Kerentseva) 66%

8-a,b,c social studies class (teacher N.G. Kerentseva) 50%

8th grade biology (teacher Shkondina O.I.) 43%

Physics class 8-a,b,c (teacher E.V. Konkova) 67%

8th grade in geometry (teacher Denisova V.V.) 75%

10a,b class in social studies (teacher Skvortsova Z.E.) 88%

10th grade in Russian language (teacher Burlakova O.V.) 60%

10-a,b class in physics (teacher E.V. Konkova) 75%

This became possible thanks to the ability of these teachers to correctly plan preparatory work for the interim (annual) certification, using individual forms and methods of working with students, as well as a responsible attitude towards preparing students for exams.

The most popular subjects for intermediate (annual) certification in the 2010-2011 academic year were:

Social studies 10th grade (teacher Skvortsova Z.E.) – 16 people (33%)

Physics 8th grade (teacher E.V. Konkova) – 15 people. (23%)

Subject teachers need to more actively use forms and methods of optimization and activation of cognitive activity when organizing individual preparatory work with students in preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification.

In accordance with the School Charter, with the Procedure for conducting intermediate (annual) certification of students in grades 2-8, 10, students who completed the 2010-2011 academic year with “excellent” marks were awarded a certificate of merit:

The educational and material base of the school allows for educational work with students to be carried out in an organized manner at a modern level. However, the success rate for individual classes remains insufficiently high. This is because these classes are filled with children with low ability levels.

Many students have a “3” in one subject. This fact indicates that there are insufficiently close contacts between class teachers and subject teachers, the need to use an individual approach in assessing students’ learning and a more rational use of additional hours for individual work with promising students.

An annual analysis of academic performance in subjects allowed us to determine their rating:

Based on the above:

  1. The administration will hold a meeting of the school’s pedagogical council, at which they will analyze the results of the interim (annual) certification.
  2. Subject methodological associations should study and use in their work normative documents regulating the requirements for the level of preparation of students in curriculum subjects.
  3. Subject school educational institutions should analyze the results of the interim (annual) certification and, at the August meetings, take into account the certification results when planning work for the 2011-2012 academic year, and outline ways of correction.
  4. Subject teachers should use forms and methods of optimization and activation of cognitive activity when organizing individual preparatory work with students in preparation for the intermediate (annual) certification.
  5. When accumulating a bank of meters, the school administration and heads of subject school educational institutions should prepare individual assignments for students with a low level of ability.
  6. When accumulating a bank of meters, the school administration and heads of subject educational institutions should make wider use of test materials in preparation for the Unified State Examination, the State Examination, as well as the new form of passing exams in graduating classes(4th grade).

The report was compiled by Deputy Director for Education and Resource Management of Municipal Educational Institution Secondary School No. 17

Chernyshova I.E. and Eliseeva S.V.
