1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices or circles slightly larger than for frying (3-5 cm wide).

2. Place the slices in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and other seasonings (optional). Mix with your hands.

3. Chop the onion into small pieces. Grate the cheese. Squeeze garlic into mayonnaise. Add chopped fresh dill there and stir until smooth.

  2. To make the filling, you first need to peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan. Then fill it with water and boil. Strain the finished potatoes and mash them with butter into a puree. Then add grated cheese to it. Form balls from the prepared mixture. This will be the filling.
  3. Divide the finished dough into parts (according to the number of balls). First knead each of them a little, after sprinkling the cutting board with flour, and then roll them into a flat cake.
  4. Place a potato ball in the center and, lifting the edges of the dough, wrap it. Press the workpiece with your palm and then roll it out with a rolling pin.
  5. Place the product on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

A wonderful, aromatic side dish ready for any dish! By the way, such potatoes do not necessarily need to be served as a side dish. In my opinion, this recipe makes a complete, delicious dish.
