Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.

Mix everything thoroughly, transfer to a baking sleeve, and pour the required amount of cream into it. Place the sleeve on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven, its temperature should be about +190 °C. All products should be baked for 1.5 hours.

Another incredibly tasty dish for a family lunch or dinner. Its peculiarity is the use of bacon, in which case all the ingredients are imbued with a pleasant smoked aroma. To prepare this dish for a family of four, you should take the following amount of ingredients:

  • 4 chicken drumsticks;
  • 4 large potatoes;
  • 200 g bacon;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 g champignons or any other mushrooms;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g.

Cooking method

Since the products will be baked under foil most of the time, they will first need to be given a golden brown crust. The chicken drumstick should be washed and dried with napkins, then rub the product with all the spices and vegetable oil. Fry the meat in a frying pan until a crispy crust appears, then set the meat aside.

While the drumstick is frying, you need to take the bacon and cut it into small pieces. The product should also be fried in a frying pan; it should be cooked until the bulk of the fat has been rendered. In the same frying pan, fry potatoes cut into medium cubes or slices in bacon fat. Simply chop the mushrooms and set aside.

Take a deep bowl, pour potatoes, raw mushrooms and bacon into it, beat in two eggs, add salt, mayonnaise and all the necessary spices. Mix thoroughly and taste; if everything is good, then the resulting mass should be transferred to a baking dish, and chicken drumstick should be placed on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, the temperature of which should be +180 °C. Cook the dish for 30 minutes.

After the allotted time, the drumstick can be removed, and the potato mixture with mushrooms and bacon should be cut into neat pieces. The egg did its job - the mass turned out as a single whole. This completes the process of cooking chicken legs with mayonnaise and potatoes in the oven.

The recipe is ideal for all spicy food lovers. The cooking process is quite simple, so cooking will take no more than one hour. As always, you should first prepare a complete set of ingredients:

  • 5 chicken legs;
  • one hot chili pepper;
  • one bell pepper;
  • soy sauce;
  • potatoes - 400-500 g;
  • mustard;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 200 g (any type can be used);
  • ginger.

When preparing a casserole of chicken legs, potatoes and cheese in the oven, it is recommended to use the following spices: cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, coriander, paprika and turmeric.

Food processing and cooking

The first step is to marinate the chicken legs, put them in a bowl, add one or two tablespoons of mustard, soy sauce, and all the spices. You also need to add a little ginger, which was grated on a fine grater. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours. This procedure is recommended; if you do not have time to wait, you can immediately proceed to the next stage.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, and the prepared bell pepper into cubes. Shape the mushrooms into plates. Take a deep baking container and grease it with butter; if you don’t have it, you can use regular vegetable oil. Place potatoes on the bottom, and mushrooms and bell peppers on top, then place the meat and pour the rest of the marinade over everything. You can also add a little water or cream to the bottom to prevent the potatoes from burning.

Cook the casserole for 30 minutes. In the meantime, you need to grate the hard cheese, and when the allotted cooking time has passed, sprinkle it on the dish. Keep in the oven for some more time until the cheese melts.
